Can you ship to my country?
If our logistics partner can ship to you then so can we. If you cannot see your country in the list, contact us at email@example.com and we will check availability.
Are VAT and other Import fees or taxes included in the price?
If you are situated within the European Union, all fees are covered and you will not receive any additional fees to receive your package. If you are situated outside of the European Union, VAT and/or other fees for import are not included and may apply for the customer. We are unable to provide further details of this.
What’s the delivery time?
For all orders within the European Union delivery time is between 5-10 days. For all orders outside of the European Union, delivery time is unto 7-14 days. Delivery can be earlier than the times estimated above but we allows the period to enable our warehouse staff in busier times.
Can I track my package?
We will confirm all orders via email. Tracking information with a link to track will be provided post despatch of order for you to trace and track your order all the way to you.

Can I change my order after confirmation?
Yes that shouldn't be a problem providing it hasn't been despatched - simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your order.
How can I return?
Simply send us a message at email@example.com with the details and we will sort it for you.
A full refund is given if your Creér product is unused and returned within 30 days in its original packaging with its original tags/documents. We will reimburse you with the shipping fees to ship to package to us.
When do I receive the money back for my return?
We will process your refund within 5 working days from when we receive your product.
My Creér product is defect/damaged, what should I do?
Customer satisfaction remains our priority always so please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with further details such as pictures detailing out your defect/damage.
What is the warranty policy on my Creér product?
All Creér watches and products have a warranty of one year from the date of purchase (as per invoice).
For watches, the warranty does not cover the wear and tear to the watch strap. The warranty does not cover damage to mechanical movement.
For all products, the warranty does not cover any damage as a result of lack of care, negligence, accident, abnormal use, incorrect use and use of Creér products against the Creér recommendation.
