DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We aim to ship your order as soon as possible and delivery to you within the promised times. Delays however can happen in busier periods of the year. We reserve the right for your order to take unto a maximum of 30 days to delivery in extreme circumstances. IMPORT FEES/DELIVERY CHARGES
The price listed on this website is for the product and the shipping fee (except hats which are price only). No additional charges such as import fees, delivery charges, carrier fees or similar is included. These will be charged to you by the carrier performing the delivery to you. These are charged based on the country you are located receiving a parcel from Creer. Creer does NOT have any input or involvement in these charges. These are international set charges for all imports from certain countries.
Please note that should you, as the receiver, chose to decline these charges upon delivery, Creer Co will have to pay them in order to get the shipment in return to us. This amount will therefore be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to know to import charge for the product to your country before placing the order, you can contact us on email@example.com and we can assist you as best as we can.
All Creér watches and products have a warranty of one year from the date of purchase (as per invoice).
For watches, the warranty does not cover the wear and tear to the watch strap. The warranty does not cover damage to mechanical movement.
For all products, the warranty does not cover any damage as a result of lack of care, negligence, accident, abnormal use, incorrect use and use of Creér products against the Creér recommendation.

A full refund is given if your Creér product is unused and returned within 30 days in its original packaging with its original tags/documents. We will reimburse you with the shipping fees to ship to package to us.
Please note the product MUST be in unused condition. If we inspect the product has gone through wear and tear, the refund will not be accepted. We recommend taking a picture of the product when you package up your return.
In order to begin the process of return, please contact us at email@example.com. Upon investigating the case and approval, Creer Co all then send you a pre paid return label to use at a local courier provider in your country. We recommend that you send your return within 14 days of receiving the free return label or we reserve the right to decline your return. For Creer Co sunglass returns, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping.
All payments for orders are handled by our platform provider Shopify which works with various payment platforms such as PayPay, MasterCard, Visa and so on.
Creer Co never store, view or transfer any credit card information. All credit card information is handled by our payment platformed providers who handle card information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder, and this meet the necessary requirements.

We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise with your order. It is also used for providing with the latest Creer Co information such as new product launches or latest travel blogs. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.
